CasitasCulture is housed by a strip of four warehouses on Casitas Ave, a street that runs alongside train tracks at the northeastern border of Atwater Village, nestled between Fletcher Dr and Glendale Blvd.
The GREEN warehouse is home to numerous businesses, most of them involved in creative/artistic pursuits. It is also home to a playhouse (Atwater Playhouse), an art center (Atwater Village Art Center), a gym (Fitness Forum) and a yoga/pilates studio.
The AT1 warehouse is reserved for large events, anything from art exhibitions to ecstatic congregations.
The RED warehouse will soon be home to a bakery/sandwich shop, a curated store for books, music and film, and a live music venue. Here, too, there are suites leased out to creative businesses.
The Atwater Village Theatre warehouse is a center for theater production and performance.
Many projects are still under construction.
Many more projects have yet to be initiated.
